1 on 1 Mentorship Program

This Mentorship Program strives to support new & aspiring teachers as they move forward on their adventure of teaching yoga by offering mentorship & guidance

Program at a glance:

• Private 1 on 1 sessions • 1hr/once a week
• Assignments • submitted for review via email before private session
• Potential assisting in-class (optional for certified teachers with valid personal insurance)

• Finding your teaching voice
• Sequencing, class planning & organization
• What's in a style?
• Pose knowledge, variations & modifications
• Cueing
• Hands-on & verbal adjustments
• Your personal practice
• Your role as a the teacher
• Creating opportunities to teach
• Social Media
• Creating playlists
• Overcoming teaching roadblocks
• Your personal practice

Cost

$90- (individual 1hr sessions)
4 sessions for $350-
